Location and staff were very good
Fish cleaning area right outside the room and lots of bugs flying around
It is really nice staff, near beach and really quiet.
Wish there is breakfast
Our room was exceptionally clean.
It had a significant bleach odor.
Staff very friendly
My room needed a lot of repair. Sheetrock in ceiling had holes and the bathroom fixtures were rusted.
Bathroom was mildewy, base of toilet covered in urine, fridge didn't work, musty inside the room.
When we got there, our room wasn't cleaned. It was after 4pm. The nice lady at the front desk gave us a different room. The place wasn't busy. Also, the coffee maker in the room was filthy and didn't work.
Class she to ocean.
Needs updating. Somethings in need of repairs
Dead fly in bedside cabinet drawer, stranger's hair in bathroom, lack of service from front desk
They could offred breakfeast
matresses, and pillows
We liked the pool and walk to the beach.
The price was a bit much seeing as how the check in time is so late and check out time is early.
Location central to beach and Main Street with shops and restaurants.
Dark rooms, less amenities than the Hilton although more expensive per night.
The door lock keep messing up and would lock you out your room til someone could fix the issue
New air conditionning, Tower to see sunrise or sunset, near the beach and restaurants, pool,
better internet in the rooms,
This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The room smelled horrible, and the mattresses were spotted with mildew and cigarette burn holes. The mattresses were old with creaky uncomfortable springs. Needless to say, no one in my family slept, and we got out of there at daybreak. Also, the pool was dirty with clumps of hair floating in it, and the lounge chairs were broken. The wifi was weak and continually dropped, and the air conditioner made terribly loud noises all night long. Paying almost $200 for this type of establishment is ludicrous. I wish we would have driven further north to find more hospitable conditions.
